- 1- The charges for shipping back will be paid by the customer. Ainak.pk has no liability on that.
- 2- Return policy varies from product to product and customer will be informed about it once the order is placed.
WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW BEFORE REQUESTING A REPLACEMENT OR REFUND:
- 1- Provide us with the frame name and order number.
- 2- One Time Replacement- Please check the availability of the new frame as we do not reuse/repair returned frames.
- 3- When exchanging an order, please note costs may be adjusted accordingly.
- 4- No refund after 7 days.
